I’m Travis Pieper—speaker, storyteller, and founder of The All Right Guy. 

 

After a life-altering accident that took my left arm and leg, I was faced with a choice—focus on what I lost, or take ownership of what I still had. 

 

I chose to take control of my attitude, my effort, and my perspective. 

 

I grew up in rural Nebraska, where hard work, community, and showing up for people isn’t optional—it’s just what you do. Today, I’m still pushing limits—operating equipment, snowboarding, building motorcycles, and taking on challenges most people wouldn’t even consider in my position. 

 

Proving that a lot of our limitations are self-imposed. 

 

None of this was done alone. 

 

I’m incredibly grateful for the first responders, medical teams, family, friends, and community members who carried me through the hardest moments of my life. They didn’t just help me survive—they gave me a reason to keep going. 

 

What I’m building isn’t just about me. It’s about helping others—especially those who are differently abled—find their way back to whatever it is that drives them. 

 

Everything is a choice—including how we treat people, even in the worst situations. 

 

You don’t control what happens to you—but you always control what you do next.
